Opinions never matter. Neither does mine. The only reason we have opinions is to make us feel like people care about our opinions. Backbone or not.

You're basically just saying:
"hey guys feel free to attack my opinion because im a weak forget and i wont try to defend it"

I was summing up my opinions by just saying "MLP sucks"
There's no reason to giving backbones because there is bound to be reasons behind opinions. I just don't want to say them all.

If he's going to reflect every hole in his opinion with "It doesn't matter", he's actually trying his best to get out of it without looking like a pusillanimous individual.

So you immediately back out of an argument when someone disagrees with you? What if someone randomly comes up to you and punches you in the face and screams "YOUR MOMS A WHORE"? Are you just going to say "that's your opinion and it doesn't matter :)"?
