Introduction
This is a simple yet helpful guide I have constructed to help users who want to export their Cinema 4D projects and import them into Blender for further use. So let's begin shall we?

Tutorial
Step 1: Create your C4D model.
Step 2: Select File | Export | COLLADA (Will be saved as "example.dae")
Step 3: Open Blender
Step 4: Select File | Import | example.dae
Step 5: Profit?

Conclusion
Now, once you have imported it into Blender, you can export it as .dts. Yes, it is quite easy. Enjoy your day :)
