Automatically swapping teams

I've seen this in some tdms, where players (after X amount of rounds) will be swapped to the opposite team.

I'm entirely clueless on how to do this myself, a little help?

I believe you set the sort mode in TDM to "Fix". You can find it in the Teams tab.

That's for automatically evening out the teams. I'd like something that (even though the teams may be even) will still make the players change teams after a few rounds.

Any idea on how I would go about it, or whether or not there's a mod for it?
