I play on the Xbox, and my character's maxed out.
At least every game I join, every single player is some stupid 5 year-old with a modded gun that instakills anything.
They'll then always carry on to either persist you for a duel, or totally ruin the experience for you.

I've also seen some level 1s join high leveled player's servers in order to boost their stats.
And I've also seen modders on Secret Armory repeatedly kill Crawermax for XP and weapons.

I originally had it on Xbox, my friend gave me a gun that I couldn't loving get rid of so I sold it.

I forgot about that stuff. PC FOR LIFE
