how do I know this isn't?

This does not look anything that would be in a Lego set. I've used a lot more types of bricks on my restaurant than there are in Lego (Like half rounds and octoplates), and this build would been impossible to create in Lego due to all the invisible bricks that are there, in order to make the building look like it does.

it's easy to change up a few bricks from the lego set that you cant have or dont have, or just dont want it looking exactly like the set so people dont think it's a set.

TNT?:

10/10 great job!

Does it have an interior?

and This is not a Lego set, I have never seen it and if it was a Lego set it would be WAY to fragile.

Seems like you won't give up. I did not copy this from any person or legoset, I simply used my imagination to build a nice looking restaurant. Just because it has many of the same types of bricks that Lego has, doesn't mean it's stolen.
