C# and .cs

So I downloaded C# a while ago, or rather, a program downloaded it, in order to allow me to run a game that I had created at a camp. However, instead of doing anything intelligent, it downloaded every single version of C# that it could onto my computer. Now, since this is a stupid computer, I can't open .cs files normally with notepad. I have to open notepad, manually change the address to inside of a zip folder if necessary, and then open it. Help.

Never mind, I've gotten it to stop doing that.

I assumed .cs was related with Torque script and seeming that he's in Gen Mod. Help I assume he means Blockland.
