I don't know if you're referring to keys like caps lock, or like the buttons on your keyboard associated with actions, or like your authentication key, so I can't offer any help.

what im saying is that when i do a sentence it automaticly turns on caps lock then i press enter then it turns full screen then i cant press enter or backspace

Turn off sticky keys. It's a windows setting and you'll find it in the control panel.
