You need to rename them down. Rename 01 to 00 and 02 to 01, and so on. Subtract one from each number.
You must have edited the file.

Yes but he might have not changed 002 to 001.
skipping the frame cycle, only showing 00 and 001

You have to re-name every file a frame down. 00<001<002<003
and so on.
