I mean, that gtav website says at the top "GTAV.NET is a fan site devoted to the new Grand Theft Auto game - the title of which is expected to be 'Grand Theft Auto V'. No details have been announced yet...."

That means NOTHING on the internet about GTA V is 100% true. You got the game mixed up with some other game and you refused to say you were wrong, arguing ensued and here we are now.

On the other hand Shell was an ass so both of you are at fault.
