The user "Twilight Sparkle is Hot", the username speaks volumes in itself, has been showing acts of excessive stupidity, and has been trolling, and posting suggestive images in order to piss others off. Until this sad annoying forget is banned I suggest you ignore everything he posts.
As it turns out, the account was only made in order to supply people with pony research via PM.
