What exactly do you base your high opinion of your intelligence on?
I recall when I figure things out or have intelligent thoughts or ideas, e.g. for a long time I didn't even know what a Hitchrooster-zoom was, but I thought they did it in a certain way and it turned out I was right. All I had done before that point was to notice it when watching a film and based on that I thought some and figured it out. A lot of people probably wouldn't even remember that Hitchrooster-zoom after the film, including me, but since I think at a pretty high speed I don't really have to because of the amount of data I've already stored which will make appearances later. This might not seem very significant, but do notice, I just wrote all this as well.
Later on, a giant eagle grabbed you with its huge claws, punctured your lungs and then you died.
