on BL if i hold the shift key,(for capitalyzing, as my caps button seems to not effect BL) The enter key stops working.


you don't seem to understand. let me restate.
if i hold down shift to make capitals, the enter button ceases to work.
I AM NOT HOLDING IT DOWN, I'm not a idiot.
also, a new error has occurred, as well as the above error, it also comes pared with the Backspace button ceasing to work.

Get a better keyboard.

or try going in options (Ctrl o) and go in controlls and restore defults see if that works.

Wait, what?  What's happening exactly?  You hold down shift, type some capital letters, let go of shift, and then enter doesn't work? 

You might check if you have any of the windows keyboard accessibility options turned on.  Start->Settings->Control Panel->Accessibility Options
