Yes, but he kicked me for calling him a badmin, then permabanned me for me asking him to stop spawnkilling me.

If you nag at him that he is a badmin whilist he is actually not because he is not abusing his admin, then I'd ban you too. Not permanently but I would. Thinking before you start flinging insults prevents this.

He didn't kick you because you called him a badmin. He kicked you because all you were doing was complaining about everything. The constant "builder killing", which apparently is a rule that all the non-admins were "enforcing". And i told everyone several times that its not a rule as long as you don't do it repeatedly. Plant may have gone a little overboard, yes but as i recall you were spawn camping (or trying to) my fort(which plant was apart of). And then after he banned you, you IRC'd him complaining, after that you spammed my IRC telling me to unban you.
