What's the newest version?

Right now I'm playing RTB. Is there anything newer, and will my persistence files carry over if I get it?

Yes, it's called retail, go search if you want an explanation of it. And no, they don't.

The retail version is the latest and is infinitely superior in terms of performance, appearance and ease of use.

You can't transfer saves as the bricks aren't the same, some RTB bricks do not exist in Retail.
