I'm playing a girl in Fallout 3 right now and I got the black widow perk. I went to talk to Mister Burk and I had the option to charm him away from town, he said he would send for me. Does this mean I get to have both the Tenpenny suite and the megaton house? |

F3: go through the main story line and you'll figure it out. |
