... i cant find the Gun Runners i need to find it to buy some mods, that i cant find anywhere else (cuase they arent selling currently :c)

They are in outer New Vegas, The side of town with the Share cropper farms and the tall highway overpass near camp Golf.

Holy stuff, Vault 87 was a pain in the ass to navigate, and even more of a pain to exit.
