If I'd have known they were such a pain in the ass (and I've played the expansion before on Xbox but I don't recall them being so damn difficult) I'd have made some more Nuka-Grenades before I got myself abducted, because nothing else in my arsenal does jack-stuff to them

Just grab a cannon off one of the Guardian Drones
Or, alternatively, try pulse grenading them.
