I ran into a Jet addict in Rivet City, saying he could totally use a hit and trying to bum Jet off my character. No way dude, get your own.
Then I caught him alone and killed him, and he had Jet on his person. >:I
EDIT: No sorry, it was Psycho. It was a while ago.

The only reason I like FO3 better is becuse it has more DLC quests.
