I just finished New Vegas on the side of the NCR. I got there with Veronica - both of us had the enclave power armor. I gave her the YCS 186 Gauss gun with some ammo and salt-in-the-wound's powerfist ( That's the only unique power fist I had) and I took Smitty's special , Mercy , the Goby campaign sniper rifle and finally Oho, Baby with ammo for it. All my stuff including ammo and different healing stuff weighted 301 pounds. Now the fights with the legion troops were rather easy as I was level 45 with several weapons , which all kicked ass. I also had a lot of help from the friendly NPCs and Veronica pretty much owned a stuffton of them with both weapons. I decided to not fight Lanius so I just told him to leave ( 100 speech check mhmh). That was seriously almost too easy to do on normal difficulty with hardcore mode. |

When you raise the difficulty higher than normal, it can take up to two headshots with a sniper rifle to kill somebody. Or maby 10+ more hits with 9mm. Thats stupid. When you raise the difficulty, all that should change is the enemies should hit harder. |
