So glitching? Anyways you don't lose karma, you lose reputation in new vegas. I wouldn't suggest making every faction and town vilified because everyone will want a piece of you.

you still lose karma
It just doesn't matter much

Go into Stats>General and press R.

Karma is basically worthless. I think bad karma just decreases your chance of finding more items and good random encounters.

I had no idea karma affected such a thing. And are there even any random encounters in New Vegas?
