Yes. I killed a travelling merchant for one and I don't regret it. I want one with a bedroll though.

pretty sure we're talking about different kinds of implants though.. project nevada includes a whole new interface, as well as a sort of mini-quest to find doctors capable of implanting them and a book to teach other doctors to do the same.
@littledude, i found like 8 in the nipton town hall. are the ones with bedrolls statistically different? and do you know where to find em?
