Glitch when I finish loading

Something weird is going on, Probable with just me. Whenever I host a server, Right when I spawn, The loading screen doesn't go away. So it's like I'm just about to spawn, I get all exited to start the server, But I cant see anything but loading screen, And the GUI. Also, when I talk and send it gets all overlapped and stuff.
Please, If anyone has seen this before, Or it has happened to you also, Please leave a reply! I'd like to be able to host again.  :panda:
