Tried this for the first time in a long time Got a decent base going, then two of my dwarves got killed by a trout One of the dwarves in my base started freaking out because one of the victims was their husband, so I locked her in a room Almost immediately after a badger got into the base, killed everything, and waited outside of the room for the distraught dwarf ;-; |

Hopefully I can kill 1 badger. |

Huh, never thought Dwarf Fortress actually had tags to determine how creatures talk. [LISP] gives talking creatures sssssnake speech and [UTTERANCES] (notably used by kobolds) makes their speech a stufffest of unintelligible garbage. |
