Well...your dwarves won't when they get multiple devastating injuries because of mysterious occurances.

How to train military dwarfs easy.
1. Embark (or go to if you are in adventure mode) a haunted place that can have zombies.
2. Recruit some guys into the military and look around for a zombie herbivore.
3. Have your dwarfs wrestle with it so that they will max out their wrestling (Zombies don't need to breath and since they are herbivores they won't attack your dwarfs).
4. Now they are able to be good at using hammers due to wrestling also training strength, give some to them and train them.
5. You now have a competent military that can fend off most attacks.

Bonus: Get some marksdwarfs or some siege weapons.

Extra Dorf Bonus: Scrap all of the military and make a lava cannon to stop invasions.

Uninstall because i cannot find out how this works.
Re-Install next day because i want to have crazy stuff happening.
Ragequit the same day because i cannot find out how this stuff works.

And yes i know there are tutorials.
