Build a few catapults outside, for each catapult set one dwarf to Siege Operator, set all the catapults to Fire at Will.
Bonus points for hitting wildlife.

how do i get weapons and outfit my dwarves. there was a panda so i made a squad to kill it, but most died but the panda was wounded. how do i get a squad to last. normally i just make one to kill something then disband it, should i keep the squad? will the members eat and sleep if I do?
