I had intended for those to be bedrooms for anyone.
I think I'm going to do multiple floors of those.
Why?
This is going to be my meeting hall/dining room.
I enjoy large scale environments.

Those are crazy huge rooms. It will take you forever to make, clear, furnish and smooth/engrave enough rooms for 50 dwarves of that size. I usually do 1x2/3x3 rooms.
The dining hall is good though.
