My point was that I didn't think that they are really worth the time making if you just duplicate the second floor 50 times over.

Just because you dupe the second floor 50 times over, does not mean it's bad. The way something is made does not affect the design and concept of something, which is actually what you should be looking at.

This. If it had an interior then it would be worth praise.

This building looks like a structure, and nothing more. What I suggest is adding color while you're building it to make sure what you're building is capable of taking in good coloring.
altogether, it's pretty bland.
