Colleagues Application -- Flats (It's the blue building) -- Oh well

Exterior is bland.
Interior is actually pretty cool.
Caution:
You can do better on the exteriors.
Interior looks great though.

I love it, quite classic.
Although, to get into Colleagues, you might need a bigger build.

also, there might be a decent brick count, but all in all there aren't too many bricks that were made without duplicator
unless you made each floor w/o duplicator
