If you actually went to the server and checked it out, it looks a bit different.

Maybe it's the longer barrel. The TAR doesn't have a very long barrel, and the real model looks a bit stockier.

Not all red dot sights/holo sights are like that. That panoramic sight has that kind of design. The mars sight does not. IMO EOTechs are lovey ass pieces of work.
