The marines in Aliens suffered what I call the Dead Space Effect (see: entire military vessel getting owned by a single slasher). They could've made it out alive, most of them, if they didn't act like morons and keep falling into traps.
OH forget I THINK NOTNormal alien warriors have thick exoskeletons and bone piercing tails + jaws. All the Slashers have is a bunch of weak, revealed skin, and 2 huge pincer arms that dont do stuff until they get close which takes a minute or two to do. You could kill a loving slasher by throwing a TOOTHBRUSH at it. [at 700 miles per hour, you COULD]
Guys, lookie - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JDBbxkSw3po&feature=related
Thick exoskeletons? Sure, you can still shoot straight through it with the weapons they had. They also have GUNS, the aliens didn't have any ranged attacks.
Did you just say slashers have guns?Oh, nevermind. Well, in that case, there were 80 aliens and a queen. All it does it start to even out the odds a little bit. And aliens can leap to close distances between its prey :o ME THINKS
I said a slasher took out an entire military vessel on its own, and the marines (and the colonial marines) had guns.
Anything with Sigourney Weaver is amazing
Wait- when did a single slasher do that? Also the marines in Aliens were incredibly overzealous.
That's great, now you can leave.
I hope you get banned for a dismissive post.
Sorry, I can get carried away sometimes.
That's just a throw-together trailer of AVP Requiem and Transformers: Dark of the Moon.
it might actually be cool
