David tilts his head slightly and makes a strange face.
He is confused not because why he rejected him, but my he was slightly laughing.
David wasn't sure what to say; he judt watched him walk away.
He wiggled his fingers on the revolver. I wouldn't shoot him... David thought.
He put his hand over the wrench.
I'm using this for later, jeez, I'm not going to kill him. Just stay around here, the hangout isn't very far, and I know he'll be back if he's going in that direction.
"AT." David whispered to himself while he leaned on a car.

Without any regard, Alex takes out a nail clamp, and hammers it into the meridian, causing pieces of cement to scatter around him. He then proceeds to apply a pulley clamp, and then attaches the pulley wire to his belt, vaulting over the meridian, and keeping himself on the ledge, adjusting the wire, while taking a slight glance at you.

Without any further words, he backs himself off of the ledge pressing his feet against the wall as he makes his way down the wall, soon reaching the derelict avenue below, he can be heard un-clamping the pulley wire, and his boots echo as he paces down the street, his equipment clanging as he walks.

"Aaaannndd...." David says pointing.
He waits a moment but nothing has happened.
Curious, David walks to the edge. He looks over just to see him walking down the road. No AT? Can't be.
About a min into his walk, grey trucks surround the person.
I knew iitt...

I don't get the rationale behind the fact how some kind of lone survivor; would just have an entire armored organization just at his midst, conveniently, that was a bit exaggerated.

Yeah, I was bored and wanted to VTOL to be on my side even though it originally wasn't supposed to. Lemme take the whole VTOL part out.

Fixed.

yet you still include the trucks, because I changed the local plot to something inevitable, whatever. I obviously don't have a choice.

Alex stares at the trucks with a stiff hesitation, stopping himself in a cautious posture, not considering to reach for his apparent weapon on his belt, he remains still for a short moment, then proceeding to slowly pace backwards, still glaring at the multiple trucks that surround him.

(The trucks aren't mine, nothing is)

David watches as the units get out of the trucks with their weapons raised.
David put his hand on his gun.

"Halt, explain your tresspassing." A guard says in a strange metallic voice.

I don't think there was any other background faction depicted by the OP, Face, which is why i'm revoking myself of proceeding with this plot.

It's fine.

Btw, I'm David656ness incase you haven't discovered already.

yes, I know.

I'm just going to provoke myself to pull a logical cut to this local concept, so nor you or me get in trouble for something of your misconception.

Alex stops in his place as he stares at the gun of the apparent directing trooper, keeping a cautious posture as he stays still, being pre-cautious, he does not glance in any direction, to avoid any further suspition by these potentially high-priority individuals.

Alex slowly tilts his head, and then bends his hips to look back, up at the ledge, to see David aiming his side-arm at a non-applicable target. He shakes his head slowly, with a glare of disbelief, before looking back at the troopers' guns, currently aimed at him.

David holds nervously.
Shoot and get shot. He needs to think of a cheap trick.
David slowly backs away from the edge, going out of sight from AT.
The troopers now focus on the figure, except for one trooper, who thinks it was a smart idea to keep watch.
Wrong.
Just as the troops start to speak,
Smash.
A million pieces of black glass fly after a gunshot is heard.
The troops look back and start to fire, but David isn't there.
They advance towards where David is, leaving the person to himself.

Alex stands flaccid, as the soldiers pass him, he looks up at the ledge for a short moment, and then puts his hands against his knees, bending his legs and leaning down a bit, while glancing down at the ground, and then at the bypass to where the soldiers abruptly advanced the stranger now known as "David."

"Hm, okay.." Alex says, with no further re-assurement.

He then glances over at the abandoned vehicles, leaning back up and proceeding towards them slowly, placing his hands on the window of a car door, and inspecting what might be valuable in the individual truck.

Alex then looks back at the bypass, and revokes himself of any further presence, pacing himself over to the side of the street, looking down at a seemingly long, rocky slope which connects to a derelict highway.
