If you post a glitch like that to youtube it has ~23 seconds until it gets patched.

You know those kids with the buttons in their clan tags? Well they are getting banned by Microsoft.

Lets all point at the kids who did that.
point at them and laugh.

Several patches hand fixes have been introduced recently, ranging from improved matchmaking (<3) to fixing the infinite laptops glitch (stealth bomber.) Planned fixes includes some nerfing (they're looking at you Type95 and akimbo FMGs) and some reticle fixes. Community requests such as improvements to the spawn system and an "unlock all" option for local play are under discussion.

MW3 won best shooter at the VGA's, beating out BF3, Gears 3, among others.
The VGA's were dominated by game of the year Skyrim, Batman Arkham City (best 360 game, as well as best charachter) and Uncharted 3.
