The joke has been made like dozens of times but frankly its still funny and appealing to me.
The only change I've noticed in this game is maybe the larger skyboxes/background environments. The trailers look nearly identical aside from those. Same huge explosions, gunfights, etc. but in the actual game there will be maybe 3/4 of that.
