There's some stuff like Clans, Groups, and some kind of competing thing.
You have to pay for some of them though.

I absolutely love the multiplayer
by now it's easy to tell that anyone who says nothing has changed has obviously not played the game
I hated the CoD points concept in Black Ops, I could not stand it
but I love MW3's way of doing things
