Other games would call that an expansion pack, and they sure wouldn't be 60 frakking dollars.

because there totally isn't new weapon levels, a new killstreak system with new killstreaks, new equipment, new gamemodes, or any new gameplay mechanic at all.

That's all expansion pack stuff, minus the gameplay mechanic. But let's be honest, there's not going to be a new gameplay mechanic.
