Jesus Christ a couple of people need to be loving banned. So what if it's illegal? YOU don't have his IP address. If the mods want to, they can get his IP and report him to the authorities. Him being an underage smoker is no reason to make a drama about him.

The drama's more about hydra saying bobble stole the model bobble says he didn't and the community is with hydra.
