Is it possible to make a perfect vertical circle?

That would be 0.5 x 0.5 x 0.4

Not correct. Looks too diamond like.
Besides the general shape, there are spots where the sides are in equally made with bricks where there would b a string of 3 1x2s then 1x1s but when it came around again, there were 2 2x1s.
