Urinate on it.

Or use rubbing alcohol, it can take sharpie marker off of other surfaces, but it might just make the stain spread lol. I'm not sure how much luck you'll have with anything, it's probably embedded into the fibers.

Try rubbing alcohol as Tom said.

DON'T DUMP BLEACH DIRECTLY ON IT. It'll turn weird colours, even on white, if you use it too concentrated.

Or, if it's just a white shirt, buy a new one?
