My version of Xp is modded with custom boot screens and themes but I guess
I can go with 7.

Also that build sounds great to me ethan.

I like the build, good thing I have an external hardrive(Its where I keep blockland, games, and steam)right now my pc needs two DDR 1 RAM that top out at 512 bytes exact, I cant take my pc any further but I atleast need to have it working.

You can't use the same installation of XP with a new motherboard without reinstalling. Trust me, I've tried. You'll only be met by a BSOD.

Trust me, Windows XP is worth dropping.  Even so, you can change boot screens for 7 too with modding tools.

Personally I don't do those, same with themes, but XP is slowly fading out.  More games are going DX10+ only.
