He's saying that he's overly proud of being right. He's so pleased with himself that he goes out of his way to be an starfish to others and prove that he's right.

It's not that he's saying you shouldn't make it known that you're correct.
He's saying that he doesn't like the way that Bisjac does so, which is in a more obnoxious way than others.
It's more to do with his use of insults after he's shown how he's correct.

It's perfectly fine to be correct, and kudos on being so, but you don't necesarilly have to rub it in other people's faces.
