You cannot really make animated pictures without a tedious amount of SetPrint events.
Anywho, what you're looking for does not exist, and never will. Animated images cannot be implemented in blockland because of engine limitations.

Also What I ment Was Not 'in blockland' It allows me to Make My Avatar Pictures Not Blockland
