I think hovering is just invisible wheels you can walk through, unless you mean like helicopter hovering but i think thats near impossible.
Also, will the weight effect if it can tilt left and right or not?

I'm using other helicopters as a basis for the hovering instead of wheels, for now at least.
I think so, I'm going to borrow code from Bushido's helicopter for banking and the such.
