You can't kill him, he is the playable character. Every time he dies he spawns at the nearest hospital.

I find it fun to drive a helicopter, really low to a straight road, then jump out, and see how many times you can bounce before dying or hitting a car.

Or driving down one of the bridges and hitting a car full speed on an NRG.

I like to go in a sports car and use cheats to get my wanted level to 5.

Drive down that really long road and throw C4 out the window

Repair car with cheats

Maximum fun.
