no, that's illegal. if you are smoking weed in your home and a police officer find out, he has the authority to fine you, and even get a warrant to search your home for narcotics.

also, i'm arguing that weed has to be sold like tobacco, that way the government can tax it and use the money to fix problems that exist in our economy, our debt to china for example.

It smells horrible - The smoke smells terrible
Its gross - The process of smoking is gross
People never stfu about how they smoke

Reasons I like drinking:
No smell unless your sniffing the bottle - Alcohol doesnt smell bad
It comes off as cleaner than smoking - The process of drinking is cleaner
People are much quieter about drinking than smoking

You know, since we live in an age of (relatively) much better tolerance and intelligent studies, I think that if there was a good reason for Marijuana to be legalized, it would have been legalized by now. Marijuana regulation and taxing could make the government rich, if it was actually good they would have definitely legalized it by now.
