I've already gotten into an argument with bobblehat about cigarette smoking.  Don't get me started.
I never said I didn't care that people are throwing their money and their lives away with cigarette smoking and tobacco.  You brought them into this argument.

Marijuana should be made legal before Tobacco or Alcohol are.

Just like current drugs it'd have an age limit.
I'd imagine 18, but like Alcohol it can impair thought almost immedently, so making it 21 likewise wouldn't be a bad idea.

Marijuana isn't bad, it's just the popular view of opinions that's controlling it.

Not saying I'll do it annually, if it's legalized and fine outdoors I might get together and socialize instead of smoking a cigar.

Edit: Isn't it in the process, or at least being discussed to be handed down to state rights and opinion instead of Federal? Everyone before voting should be required to sit in a room and be firmly educated.
