I was talking about how people get key revoked for richarding around on the forum but they don't get keyrevoked for richarding around in the actual game.

Although the user is quite annoying, add-ons have been made that can easily be used to ignore him, votekick him, or simply kick/ban him.

I don't even remember the last time I've been on Blockland (5ish months, maybe?) and when I was on blockland I was hosting.
