and i stand by that point
most cops don't, granted, but the ones who do often see no punishment
and link to that chart on the original site it came from

It's from 2000, I doubt it's still up. Link me to multiple things talking about police abuse. Could be Wikipedia, I don't care, doesn't have to be a direct source, just ANY evidence at all would be great.

First off, prisons cost tons, and tons, and tons of money. Secondly, they should rehabilitate, not punish. Although, they don't.
