Jakeboy, BLID -1: Crashing Glitch?

I was casually walking around on Traffic's server when my internet blinked out for a second or two. I quickly reconnected to find this...
Where the name "jakeboy" was, my name used to be before I crashed.
Traffic says that he only saw copies of my name, and not jakeboy. Is anyone else getting this, or am I late?

This isn't the first time this has happened, not sure what causes it though.

Probably some freak glitch Sabbin. Would be hard to replicate for further investigation anyway.
