from reading the OP, this cityRP sounds like every other cityRP
the only thing different about it would be minor features like car speeding, which makes it un-fun anyways

The roads are probably duplicated, which is understandable.
Also, some neighborhoods have houses that are alike as well.
But all in all. I like it, but you should allow people to build their own stuff.
