I personally sleep in whatever clothes I'm wearing that day. Adding/Removing individual articles of clothing until I have reached a comfortable external body temperature.

I wake up, and after showering I put on clothes.  I only go boxers if I'm home alone for the majority of the day or its laundry day.

I guess so. I don't really do anything to get my clothes dirty though. I shower in the mornings and change into new clothes after the shower.

I find when girls open their mouths wide enough it's the perfect opportunity.
